Brian Smith

Director of Development

Brian Smith joined Stonebridge Development Company in 2025. He oversees development, design, and construction, including mixed-use, hotel, multi-family, retail, and office developments. Prior to Stonebridge, Brian held roles at Crescent Real Estate and Omni Hotels developing and repositioning upscale and luxury hotel product across North America. He also spent time at The Beck Group with a specific focus on preconstruction. Brian holds an undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
